Aaron J. Kipp, MA
PDM is a local company based out of Topeka, Kansas.  It was founded in 2003 by Aaron Kipp. Aaron received his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in research and statistics. His technical training and computer acumen were developed during his 6-year enlistment in the U.S. Air Force. While working in the educational field as an Information Technology technician, he discovered a great need for data collecting software. Aaron has been the Director of Student Demographics for USD 501 for the past 4 years.

Charles R. Schrickel, Ed.S

After receiving his Ed.S. in School Psychology, Charles R. Schrickel, Jr. began his employment with Topeka Public Schools in August 1993 as a school psychologist. After two years, he moved to a position as Measurement and Evaluation Specialist with TPS in the Research, Evaluation, and Assessment Department. In this role, he has been responsible for coordinating local and state assessment programs. Having 15 years of experience in SPSS, he manages numerous assessment databases as well as providing statistical analysis and reports of assessment data to district personnel. Chuck has been active in assisting school-level personnel in building their capacity to interpret assessment data in order to utilize this information to drive instructional decision-making.

With the No Child Left Behind Act, there is an even greater necessity for data-driven decision making.
